How to delete your account

You can request account deletion in two ways:

1. Email support@gpa-4.com from the email address associated with your GPA4 account, with subject "Delete my account".
2. Once the in-app settings are available, you can request deletion directly from Settings → Account → Delete.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your profile, study history, uploaded books, generated notes, quizzes, and progress data within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate analytics may be retained.

Confirmation

We will email you to confirm the deletion once it is processed. If you change your mind within 14 days, reply to that email to restore your account.
